Traffic FAQ Answer to: Can I pay for my traffic violation online?

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to pay online. E-payments will be available in the future.

You may pay your fine/bails by using the Court's interactive telephone system if you are eligible. Visa or Master Card payments are accepted using the Court's interactive telephone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Use these numbers:

Santa Clara Courthouse: (408) 556-3000
Palo Alto Courthouse: (650) 470-3900
South County Courthouse: (408) 695-5000, then press 4, then press 0

See the Credit Card Payments section of the "Bail Forfeiture" page.

Note: an additional convenience fee will be charged to your account for this type of credit card payment.
