Forms and Rules
[Esta página está en español; Trang này bằng tiếng Việt]

  1. Forms - for help finding a form see the Form Tips page

    • Local Forms: Local forms for Small Claims can be found on the forms page of our main website. Small claims forms begin with the prefix SC, such as SC-8006, Notice to Small Claims Litigants. Click here to go to the Local Forms page.

    • State Forms: Many small claims forms are state forms. On the state form page, use the dropdown box to choose the rule or form you want. Choose "Small Claims" to see small claims forms. Click here to go to State Forms.

Get help filing out forms! Click here to find out about "EZ Legal File" - an online interactive (question/answer) free Small Claims form generator. This service will help you complete your forms, but you will still need to file them with the Court. This is not online filing!

  2. Rules

Rules are procedures the Court requires parties to follow when they start a Court case. Counties may have local rules in addition to the state rules.
