Small Claims case hearing?
Our self service site has a number of pages
regarding Small Claims Court, including one on preparing for your day in
court - see the "Preparing for Your Day in Court" page. You may also want to look at
the
Small Claims section of the California Court website. They also have a
getting ready for court page.
The Court's Small Claims Advisor may be of help to you. For more on this
see the "Resources and Referrals" page. You can call the Small Claims Advisor between 2:30 pm and 5;00 pm, Mon
through Fri. 408-370-4440, menu option 6.
We have a Public Access
website where you can look up your case, by party name, case number,
etc. This site lists calendared events, involved parties, and documents.
Small Claims cases are heard in Los Gatos, Palo Alto, and San Martin. You
can get directions by clicking on the courthouse name on our
