Small Claims FAQ Answer to: How can I find out about a small claims case?

You can look up case information on our Public Access website.

When you look up the case number and get to the page where documents, parties, and events are listed, the information - SC-AH Entry of Judgment-Uncontested in the deposition field indicates that the case was disposed after an uncontested hearing.

For the details on the judgment, you would need to contact the court's Small Claims division. Click to open the page at our main site with contact information for Small Claims Court in Santa Clara.
