Where
is the Juvenile Justice Court? T
The Santa Clara Juvenile Justice Court is in downtown San Jose. See the Juvenile Justice Court page for the courthouse:
Use the doors on the Guadalupe Expressway side of the building. The courtrooms are on the 1st floor. The Clerk’s Office is on the 2nd floor. If you don't plan to come by car, go to the
public transportation links on the Court directory page. The Juvenile building is safe. There’s a metal detector at the entrance. It is controlled by Deputy Sheriffs. Don’t bring anything that could be a weapon, drugs or “contraband”, like cigarettes and alcohol. When you get through the metal detector, ask the secretary in the waiting room to let you go to the Court or Clerk's Office on the 2nd floor. When is the Court and Clerk's Office open? The Juvenile Justice Court page on the court's main site has the street address, mailing address and phone numbers. When you call the Juvenile Justice Court, listen carefully to the recording.
Choose the option for the Clerk's Office.
Since cases
with minors are confidential, the Clerk’s Office can’t give you information
about a case over the phone. But, they will answer basic questions about
what to do over the phone. |
