Juvenile Justice FAQ Answer to: Where Can I Get Information on a Juvenile Traffic Matter?
  
The Juvenile Probation Department handles most juvenile traffic matters that are Vehicle Code misdemeanors and non-Vehicle Code violations.

Vehicle Code misdemeanors processed by Informal Juvenile Traffic Court include, but aren't limited to, VC 31, VC 2880.2, VC 20002, VC 23103, VC 23104, VC 23109, VC 23110A, VC 23222B, VC 2324A, VC 23224B, VC 12500A and VC 14601.

Effective July 2004, citations with Vehicle Code infractions only are transferred to adult Traffic Court.
