Unanswered Questions
Check the other Frequently Asked Questions on this website for the different
types of cases (civil, criminal, etc.). The links
to these FAQ pages are listed on our contact page.
You may also be able to find the information you are looking for by using our
site map, or our
search page. You may want to visit our main
Superior Court site,
containing local rules and forms, phone number, directions to our
courthouses and more. We also have a
Public Access website
where you can look up civil, family, probate, and small claims case and calendar information.
(Criminal and traffic cases are not yet available online.)
Emailing the Court
Check the email addresses on our contact page. Email the area of the court
your question relates to, such as family, small claims, juvenile, etc. If it
is a web-related question, has to to do with the public access site, or you
do not know where else to send it, use the general email address
ssweb@scscourt.org.
