Family FAQ Answer to: How do I get help filing a Restraining Order?

One-on-one help is available at the Restraining Order Help Center located at 170 Park Center Plaza. The Restraining Order Help Center hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Park Center Plaza Family Court Facility is located in downtown San Jose at the corner of Park and Almaden Avenues.
