Criminal FAQ Answer to: How do I get a copy of my arrest record?

The Sheriff's Dept. at 55 West Younger in San Jose can provide a copy of your local record for a fee.

They can also process a request for your state record. There will be a fee for that, and a fingerprinting fee.

You must appear in person with identification.
