Criminal FAQ Answer to: How often are criminal records updated on microfiche?

There are two different types of microfiche for criminal records -- "year -to-date" and five-year-to-date."

Limited jurisdiction (i.e., misdemeanors) updates the "year-to-date" microfiche on a weekly basis. Limited jurisdiction also has the five-year-to-date which is updated quarterly.

General jurisdiction (i.e., felonies) has the "five-year-to-date" microfiche only and updates are processed weekly.
